Privacy Policy

The privacy policy applies to all aspects of the processing of personal data in the service (hereinafter the “SERVICE”), operated by the company Kaukaz Partner Sp z.o.o in Warsaw, hereinafter the “ADMINISTRATOR”. Data processing and data protection is supervised by the Data Protection Officer (hereinafter referred to as “DPO”), who can be contacted by e-mail at: kaukazmarketing@gmail.com. PERSONAL DATA Personal data of the users of the SERVICE are processed in the following situations:

recording and storing files (so-called cookies) in the memory of the device used by the User to browse the SITE. Cookies allow the identification of Users on subsequent visits to the SITE, but do not allow ADMINISTRATOR to identify the specific individual who used the device at any given time – the details of this processing are described in the Cookie Policy below;

saving Newsletter Subscribers, identified by their email address, in a database and sending them the newsletter – details of this processing are described in the Newsletter Policy below;

sending messages to email addresses provided by ADMINISTRATOR;

In each of the aforementioned cases of use of the SERVICE, your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation, RODO; OJ. EU. L. of 2016. No. 119, p. 1 as amended) ADMINISTRATOR ensures that it protects your data in accordance with the applicable law and information security standards, in particular, the communication of the SITE when displayed on the user’s device with the server is carried out using the SSL encryption protocol, which makes logging into the SITE fully secure. The basis and Purpose of the processing of your personal data depends on the situation of processing, as more is written in the individual sections below.

REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

Those who register on the SITE are asked to provide the data necessary to create and operate an account. In order to facilitate handling, the User may provide additional data, thereby giving their consent to their processing. Such data can be deleted at any time. The provision of data marked as mandatory is required in order to create and operate an account, and failure to provide such data will result in the inability to create an account. The provision of other data is voluntary.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services related to the maintenance and operation of an account on the SITE – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);

PLACING ORDERS

Placing an order (purchasing goods) by a SITE User involves the processing of their Personal Data. Provision of data marked as mandatory is required in order to accept and process the order, and failure to provide such data will result in the order not being processed. The provision of other data is optional.

Personal Data is processed:

in order to fulfil the order placed – the legal basis for the processing is the necessity of the processing for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO);

in order to comply with statutory obligations incumbent on the Administrator, arising in particular from tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) RODO);

in order to possibly establish and assert or defend against claims – the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) to protect your rights.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATION

The purpose of the processing of the data of Users who send e-mails to the e-mail addresses provided by ADMINISTRATOR is to reply to the message sent or to present the ADMINISTRATOR’s product offer, on the basis of the consent given by sending the message, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the ADMINISTRATOR, later on, the data may also be processed for other purposes outside the SERVICE, of which the person will be informed accordingly.

Who has access to your personal data? Recipients of your data may be persons cooperating within the ADMINISTRATOR’s organisational structure and entities processing data on behalf of the ADMINISTRATOR, on the basis of processing entrustment agreements concluded. The Google Analytics plug-ins implemented result in data on the use of our website being transferred to the service provider, i.e. Google LLC, outside the European Economic Area. The data transfer takes place to the United States, where, under certain national security programmes, US public authorities can access your data.

How long do we keep your personal data? The storage time depends on the processing situation:

the length of time cookies are stored on the User’s device depends on their type and on the User, as detailed in the Cookie Policy;

the storage of the Newsletter Subscriber’s email address ends when the Newsletter Subscriber withdraws his/her consent to their processing in a documented manner – the standard procedure for withdrawal of consent is described in the Newsletter Terms and Conditions below;

data sent by email will be stored until such time as consent is withdrawn or the statute of limitations for claims has expired;

personal data processed in the case of orders shall be processed until their completion, the expiry of deadlines specified in tax and accounting regulations and the moment when claims become time-barred

personal data processed in the case of registration on the SITE until the submission of an instruction to delete the account, which can be done by sending an e-mail to legacybarberr@gmail.com.

Rights to which users of the SITE are entitled under the provisions of the RODO

You have the right (subject to the basis of processing) to access your data and to receive a copy of your data, the right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to request deletion of your data, the right to request restriction of data processing, the right to object to processing, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. COOKIES POLICY

The purposes of saving and storing cookies are described below, the basis for the processing of your data is then the legitimate interest of the ADMINISTRATOR, as described in the Cookie Policy, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, or the consent of the user for certain more privacy-intrusive uses which at the same time may be a convenience for Users, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.

Cookies are textual information sent by a web server to your device that you use when using the SITE. Cookies contain:

basic information about the originating site;

a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser from which you connect to the SITE;

parameters concerning the duration of storage in the memory of your computer.

The SITE does not automatically collect any information except that contained in cookies.

We use cookies to:

ensure the correct functioning of the website (essential “session” cookies);

ensure security (“security” cookies e.g.: responsible for fraud detection);

to optimise the use of the websites from the SITE (“performance” cookies, e.g.: collecting information about the use of the pages of the SITE);

These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies, block access to them by other companies or inform about their each time they are placed on the SITE User’s device.
